For 13 years, Coach Q’s Elite Hitting Camp has provided players with a progressive offseason hitting program focused on developing the complete hitter.

One of the longest-running hitting camps in the GTA, the program has worked with players of all ages and levels, including athletes who have gone on to compete at the provincial, national, college and professional levels.

This isn't about taking hundreds of mindless swings or jumping from drill to drill.

Over 10 sessions, hitters will work on swing mechanics, movement, bat speed, sequencing, timing, pitch recognition, adjustability, approach and decision-making. Video analysis and individual feedback help players understand their swing, identify areas for improvement and understand why adjustments are being made.

The program progresses from building the swing to learning how to use it against pitching — taking what players develop in the cage and preparing them to use it when it matters.
