It was an honour to present at the 36th Annual Best Ever Coaches Clinic. The question was, does Baseball Ontario have a "BEC" in 2021, as the the world deals with unprecedented times. Usually held indoors, coaches had the opportunity to listen to guest speakers and interact with other coaches, as well as a trade show, displaying the newest in baseball products.
As great coaches figure out ways to improve their team, the Baseball Ontario staff was determined to bring a "BEC" in 2021. With the challenges that stood in the way, it was proposed the 36th Annual would go virtually, January 15-17, 2021
This years attendance was just under 500 coaches, from all around North America. The "Best Ever Clinic" is Ontario's version of the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) Convention, including National Coaching Certification Program Clinics (NCCP), Trade Show, several presentations from baseballs greatest minds and a "8u to 13u" Series, which was presented by the Ontario Youth Team highlighted the 2021 clinic.
With 25 sessions, 25 hours, in 3 days was definitely well attended and well executed.
