The 2016 Baseball Canada National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) "Competition Development Camp" in Orlando Florida was one of the best experiences of my life. There was 11 coaches from 10 provinces, having a common goal of improving our coaching.
Pete Rose once said "Baseball is a Universal Language" and it never seems to amaze me. It doesn't matter what country or province you're from, when you share the passion of baseball, it brings people together. The week consisted of 8 NCCP modules, with the highlight of having the privilege of joining Canadian Junior National team at "Extended Spring Training" watching practices and interacting with the coaching staff.
