On November 21st, I had the distinct honor of addressing the enthusiastic participants of Phase 1 in the Community Sport Development Initiative at Humber College. This initiative, a part of the Humber College Community Partnership Program, is a beacon of empowerment and knowledge for students passionate about sports. The theme of Phase 1, aptly titled "Baseball Knows No Boundaries," revolves around exploring diverse career opportunities within the realm of sports, with a special focus on baseball and the development of employability skills.
