I would like to thank all who participated in the 2016 Coach Q Baseball Hitting Camp.
I am amazed at all the improvements that were made. The 22 participants from the ages of 14 - 18 were provided a unique experience that included a step-by-step outline of the mechanics of the swing, player evaluations, high-speed video analysis.
It's always great to see players of different ability levels, getting along with one another helping each other in the process of getting better. The participants really took to the techniques and the science behind it. It didn't take long to see the improvements, with an average bat speed increase of 18 mph.
Matthew Borges had the top ball exit speed of 84 mph an increase of 14 mph. Lucas Ben had the biggest increase, going from an average of 60 mph to an 83 mph.
